For more than 25 years, Denise Diamond has helped organizations build, strengthen, and operate the HR functions their businesses depend on.
Denise has led HR functions across a wide range of organizations—from businesses with fewer than 50 employees, to a 400-employee division within a 19,000-employee organization, to HR and payroll operations supporting 700+ employees across more than 50 locations.
Throughout her career, Denise has built HR functions from the ground up, led organizations through growth and restructuring, and managed HR across employee relations, recruiting, payroll, benefits, compensation, HR systems, performance management, and organizational development.
Denise holds an MBA from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Organizational Psychology from Purdue University.
