This Privacy Policy describes how IndeHR LLC and Independent Retirement Consulting, LLC (doing business as Independent Retirement) collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you visit our website at indeservices.com (the “Site”), use Site features or Interactive Tools, make payments through the Site, or engage with our services.

IndeHR LLC provides fractional and outsourced human resources consulting services for Oregon businesses. Independent Retirement Consulting, LLC provides retirement plan consulting services. These are two separate legal entities that share this Site.

Each entity is responsible for personal information it collects, receives, or processes in connection with its own services, forms, tools, communications, payments, and client relationships. Submitting information through the Site, using an Interactive Tool, scheduling a consultation, downloading a resource, making a payment, or communicating with us through the Site does not, by itself, create a client, consulting, advisory, fiduciary, employment, legal, tax, accounting, financial, retirement plan, HR, or other professional relationship with IndeHR LLC or Independent Retirement Consulting, LLC. Any professional relationship is created only through a separate written agreement or express acceptance by the applicable entity.

The Site is intended primarily for businesses and individuals located in the United States. If you access the Site from outside the United States, you understand that your information may be processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those in your location.
